1. I/We undertake to use only the correct and exact award title in all our official communications, branding, marketing, advertisements and related materials and strictly in the manner and extent as permitted by the said “Firm”.
2. I/We understand that the award title, certificate, trophy, logos, images, trade names, trademarks and copyrights are the intellectual property of the firm. I/We further understand that the firm provides us the rights to use the intellectual property of the company and any misuse thereof may hold us liable for damages and/ or other penal action.
3. I/We understand that the firm reserves its rights to charge, modify and reschedule the venue, date and time and chief guest / distinguished guests of the ViAMAGAZINE Awards, 2020 for any such reasons/ exigencies which are uncontrollable at the hands of the firm.
4. I/We understand that the fee charged by the firm is not against the award, but for the Branding /Marketing / Promotion / Advertising / Copyright /PR Services which are being provided by the firm.
5. I/We undertake not to carry any activity that may bring ill reputed to the firm and / or ViAMAGAZINE Awards, 2020 and further undertake to abide strictly by the terms and conditions of the firm. I/We acknowledge that this declaration is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and that any false claim by us may disqualify (at any stage) our nomination / selection to the ViAMAGAZINE Awards, 2020.
6. I/We understand that all rights to admission to the ViAMAGAZINE Awards, 2020 are reserved with the firm and our nomination/ selection/ invitation to the award function is subject to the discretion of the firm.
7. I/We also understand that the firm shall have the final say on all matters relating to the ViAMAGAZINE Awards, 2020 and the same shall be binding on all the nominees/ awardees.
8. Any dispute to the award function and / or otherwise shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the arbitration and conciliation act 1996, and the sole arbitrator shall be appointed by the firm.
